Seeking to expand their leadership development program, Nedbank introduced a new seminar for their staff. To accommodate this course and to give an overview of the material, The Kinetic was asked to conceptualize a visual metaphor for the course and produce a video to be shown to the participants. Building on the image of a simple domino chain and drawing parallels to an individual’s role in an organization, we created a 5 minute information piece that set the stage for a week of self-improvement.
